The supervisor will develop General Mills brands within distributors by managing commercial plans, sell-in/sell-out proposals, and team training. They are responsible for monitoring field routines, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring objectives are met across top accounts.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a completed bachelor's degree and possess significant experience in the distributor channel and people management. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, along with a valid driver's license and availability for travel, is required.
