Product Manager-Loyalty

Lead the product team, coordinating the roadmap, prioritization, and execution. Analyze competitive information and industry products to identify best practices and innovation opportunities. Work with IT and UX/UI teams to develop products, gathering feedback from commercial and strategy teams to design customer-centric solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in digital product teams, ideally in tech, fintech, travel, e-commerce, or loyalty/subscription companies. Strong analytical skills and business vision to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
