Develop manufacturing routes, cycle times, and process controls in the areas of Plastic Injection and Polyester. Manage investment processes for machines, equipment, and molds. Monitor performance indicators such as budget, internal defects, quality, and productivity.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or similar. Mandatory experience in plastic injection. Proficient in process parameter definitions and technical documentation such as FSP. Intermediate English skills required.
