Control the maintenance budget: OPEX and CAPEX, and plan Maintenance Notes and Orders via the SAP PM system. Create maintenance plans and purchase requisitions for materials, receive and validate suppliers. Verify the status and compliance of the action plan, and lead pre and post preventive stop meetings. Manage maintenance inventory, plan and request items to replenish stock.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields. Experience in budget control and maintenance planning related to factories, logistics centers, and operations. Knowledge of maintenance software and routines, such as the SAP PM maintenance management module.
