IPM Technical Operations Technician - UT Technician

Manage technical aspects of service onboarding, upkeep, and updates using platforms like Okta, Sailpoint, Slack, Google Workspace, and Atlassian. Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting issues, streamlining configuration and integration while keeping configurations updated. Lead automation of business processes, continually assessing performance and advocating for improvements.

4+ years of experience in a technical role. Degree in IT or related field, or relevant technical certification, or equivalent experience. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues from non-technical descriptions. Familiar with Okta, Sailpoint, Atlassian, Google Workspace, and Slack.
