Core Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth investigations on commercial indicators to identify deviations and validate hypotheses for result optimization, while leading high-complexity projects, especially in building and evolving the cross-sell process between B2B business units. Establish consultative interfaces with Commercial, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment and present autonomous analyses to senior leadership.

Requirements

Candidates must possess strong analytical capacity for KPI management and data analysis, coupled with structural problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Power BI or Looker. Essential requirements include business vision, ownership focus, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to synthesize technical data into strategic narratives for various seniority levels.
