Responsibilities combine reception duties with general administrative support, operational coordination, and assistance to departments like IT, Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Facility.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently pursuing university studies in administrative, accounting, or related fields, coupled with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.
