This role provides comprehensive administrative support to all company areas, ensuring the daily operational functionality of the office and serving as the first line of contact for visitors, suppliers, and internal staff. Responsibilities combine reception duties with general administrative support, operational coordination, and assistance to departments like IT, Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Facility.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently pursuing university studies in administrative, accounting, or related fields, coupled with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.
