Program Manager, II

Support prioritization of new expansions within Payment Risk. Gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely delivery of the project. Report on progress of multiple projects and provide regular updates to senior management. Collaborate with global process owners and operation managers to execute various process improvement projects.

3+ years of program or project management experience. Bachelor's degree required. Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL. Experience in stakeholder management and driving end-to-end delivery.
