The Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for managing the execution, performance, and growth of marketing services for complex, enterprise-level accounts. They also provide strategic leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to the development of training materials and department processes.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an agency setting and 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing. Proficiency in Google and Bing advertising platforms, Google Analytics, and advanced data interpretation skills are required.
