The Head of HR will be responsible for shaping the people strategy across the CAMCAR Cluster, focusing on developing and implementing initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent aligned with business objectives. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive engagement, manage succession planning, and ensure high-quality HR support for current and future business needs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a business degree focused on Human Resources management or equivalent HR Manager training, coupled with proven experience in a senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. Essential qualifications include strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, project and change management skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
