This role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive engagement, manage succession planning, and ensure high-quality HR support for current and future business needs.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a business degree focused on Human Resources management or equivalent HR Manager training, coupled with proven experience in a senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. Essential qualifications include strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, project and change management skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
