Requirements

Candidates need 2–5+ years in a hands-on marketing role, preferably in growth, demand generation, or field marketing, with experience running paid social ad campaigns. A strong execution mindset, data awareness focused on ROI, and familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering are required.
