Execute short-term personnel demand planning for your area and control key performance indicators to guide the team towards delivering results. Manage the team's work schedule, monitoring delays, absences, overtime, and time bank, while executing operational routine actions related to your area. Oversee team deliveries and development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and facilitating training.

Knowledge of Office Suite, WMS/LMS. Experience in managing people and operational teams, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Proven experience in leading direct and indirect teams, ensuring compliance with people management processes while being close to all levels as a disseminator of our cultural principles.
