Map complex operational workflows across Clara and prioritize them for AI augmentation. Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI-powered workflows using tools like N8N and Claude Code/Codex. Collaborate with leaders to implement automation that improves speed and accuracy, and architect operational dashboards in Metabase to track KPIs.

7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in a LatAm fintech or high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proven track record in AI automation and experience with platforms like N8N, Make, or Zapier. Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data in SQL and familiarity with LLM APIs.
