Lead the security strategy for company operations and assets. Supervise the management and performance of physical security providers. Analyze and investigate security incidents and develop corrective plans. Coordinate responses to crises, emergencies, and critical incidents. Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation actions.

Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Security, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or related fields with 1 year of experience or equivalent experience in the field. Alternatively, 3 years of related experience. Experience in security companies in retail, mass consumption, or multi-site operations. Basic English proficiency.
