Plan and implement monthly actions for consultants, maintaining constant sales growth and achieving proposed targets. Provide ongoing feedback to the team to enhance performance and recognize achievements to maintain engagement.

Requirements

Ongoing undergraduate degree; experience in managing sales teams; certification as a Banking Correspondent for offering Consigned Credit products is essential. Preferred qualifications include a completed degree, a valid driver's license (category B), and experience leading teams in financial product sales.
