What You'll Do
Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities. Conduct benchmarks of Service Level, productivity, and costs against relevant markets and players. Transform analysis into actionable recommendations and follow up on initiatives to validate their impact.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and Looker Studio or similar tools. Experience with cohort analysis, segmentation, and large data volumes.
