Core Responsibilities

The role involves validating endorsed policies against credit policies to allow loan disbursement, managing the replacement of collective or individual policies, and registering or excluding insurance in internal systems based on client policy changes. Additionally, the incumbent will coordinate premium refunds when applicable and provide clear customer service while collaborating with internal departments like credit, insurance, and legal.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently pursuing a university degree and have prior experience in similar roles within banking, insurance, or intermediation, possessing knowledge of life, disability, individual, and collective insurance policies. Essential abilities include analyzing contractual documents, communicating clearly, solving problems, and demonstrating customer orientation, teamwork, and adherence to internal regulations.
