Analista Sênior de S&OP - Mercado Envios

Support demand planning for the Service Center in the short and medium term, considering commercial and marketing strategies as well as operational constraints. Act as the focal point for operational forecasting, connecting Operations, Fulfillment Demand, Marketing, and Sales. Analyze demand deviations, identify root causes, and propose improvements to increase forecast accuracy. Develop and monitor performance indicators for demand planning and the S&OP process.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in demand planning, sales, operations, supply chain, or PCP, with a focus on databases and scenario building. Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and intermediate SQL skills. Familiarity with visualization tools like Data Studio or Tableau is a plus, along with knowledge of statistics and demand forecasting.
