What You'll Do
Monitor and control the operational activities of the team by keeping operational dashboards updated. Document processes, requirements, agreements, and minutes, ensuring information is organized and accessible. Provide first-level technical support by addressing simple incidents and assisting with basic configurations and automations.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or related fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in operational management or technical support, with advanced Excel skills. Basic knowledge of SQL and Python or Java, and familiarity with RPA or process automation.
