Examine the previous shift to confirm product dispatch and manage any pending issues. Register technical details of assigned machines and ensure their optimal functioning. Supervise and instruct staff, providing clear objectives and challenges for the shift. Manage and track established KPIs and deliver real-time production updates to management.

Desirable technical or professional degree in Logistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles with team leadership, preferably in distribution centers or retail. Intermediate knowledge of Office, especially Excel, and desirable experience with SAP and RF.
