Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for daily sales support and customer service for assigned accounts, including researching and responding to customer inquiries accurately and quickly. The specialist acts as a liaison between internal resources, suppliers, and customers, owning the end-to-end quotes and order process while resolving pre-sales and post-sales problems.

Requirements

Candidates typically need a 4-year degree along with 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement. Essential requirements include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fluency in English for excellent verbal and written communication.
