This role also involves building strong relationships with insurers, staying informed about market trends, and ensuring all placements comply with local and international regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a university degree in Business Administration, Law, Insurance, Finance, or related fields, along with at least 2 years of experience in general insurance placement. Essential skills include strong negotiation abilities, familiarity with insurance regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a client-focused, results-oriented mindset.
