Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering a SuperApp that users want to engage with. Translate business objectives into features that impact growth metrics such as DAU/MAU and retention. Collaborate with product and data teams to identify user journey friction points and propose evidence-based solutions.

Proven experience in digital product management with a focus on growth, engagement, or user retention. Strong knowledge of product metrics and analytics tools like Mixpanel or Firebase. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.

Availability to be present at the client site in São Paulo a few days a week. Important to reside in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas for office attendance.
