Supervise and control laboratory and greenhouse trials for corn and sunflower diseases, ensuring protocols, records, standardization, and traceability. Plan trials, volumes, capacities, resources, and costs; translate stakeholder requirements into executable demands and meet critical pipeline deadlines. Lead, develop, and organize the fixed and temporary team, promoting a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented operation. Ensure quality and timely delivery of data; manage non-conformities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related fields. Practical experience and knowledge in phytopathology, including corn and sunflower diseases. Experience in microbiology laboratory practices and laboratory management. Proven experience leading teams and managing trial planning, resources, costs, and budgets. Advanced English level for interaction with stakeholders and global activities.
