Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, translating needs into requirements, and optimizing key workflows across CRM and marketing technology to improve efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting go-to-market systems, specifically focusing on CRM and marketing operations use cases, with hands-on experience in platforms like Salesforce and Marketo. Strong analytical skills are required to translate complex business requirements from various teams into scalable system solutions, alongside experience in change management and understanding Lead to Cash processes.
