This role involves enforcing Group policies across Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Company Secretarial, and Legal functions, ensuring compliance for all local legal entities. Key duties include reviewing statutory files, managing tax provisions and filings, overseeing legal entity directorships, and supporting the annual KCRS verification process.

Requirements

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with integrated systems like SAP and BPC, along with advanced or fluent English proficiency. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred, and the role requires strong organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills for working in a matrix environment.
