Manage state-of-the-art IT equipment at facilities. Lead technical solutions to improve operational infrastructure. Provide on-site and remote support across multiple locations. Mentor and train new talent while participating in constant learning of innovative technologies.
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting. Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems and maintaining thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco/CCNA.
