Execute and monitor short-term operational planning, ensuring necessary capacity to meet network demand. Analyze demand, capacity, and fleet utilization, anticipating risks and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with Operations, Transport, Planning, and other areas to ensure proper implementation of defined plans.

Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience coordinating tasks and projects with multiple areas and stakeholders in dynamic environments. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, with knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, and data visualization tools being a plus.
