Gerente Jurídico, Riscos e Conformidade - Centro Regional

Lead and strengthen the Legal, Risk, and Compliance Management areas, promoting integration between governance, legal security, regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls. Ensure legal advisory and preventive guidance to the Cooperative's areas, supervise contracts, and manage external law firms. Coordinate compliance and integrity programs, ensuring governance and management of regulatory policies.

Preferably a complete degree in Law; specialization or MBA completed; over 5 years of professional experience; over 2 years in leadership and people management; preferably with knowledge of Cooperativism and the Financial Market; knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence in professional activities; availability to reside in Frederico Westphalen/RS.
