Architectural Specialist

Lead the management and execution of new stores, renovations, and closures while ensuring compliance with budget and schedule. Collaborate with Purchasing on transparent and efficient bidding processes. Maintain daily project tracking and manage administrative and financial follow-ups in accordance with budget using ARIBA and SAP VIM.

Degree in Architecture. Technical experience and knowledge required. Desirable experience in retail or franchises. Proficiency in GSuite and AutoCAD. Availability to travel.
