Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for defining, leading, and scaling the regional Direct Marketing capability across all LATAM markets and brands to drive measurable business impact through CRM, Loyalty, and first-party data activation. The lead owns the regional strategy, operating model, governance, and performance outcomes, acting as a strategic connector across various internal teams.

Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in CRM, Direct Marketing, Loyalty, or Consumer Engagement in a regional/global setting, including proven experience leading in-house CRM capability development. Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience defining governance and compliance frameworks are required, along with fluent English.
