Conduct and monitor quality, certification, and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures. Support the application and monitoring of ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 requirements. Analyze processes, identify deviations and improvement opportunities, and propose actions to enhance operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in Quality, Certification, Governance, Processes, or Service Desk. Knowledge of quality processes and continuous improvement, with experience in analyzing indicators and developing action plans.
