Lead the comprehensive management of the assigned Special SME accounts portfolio through financial, commercial, and operational analysis of clients. Develop and implement recovery, normalization, restructuring, and strengthening strategies for commercial relationships to maximize credit recovery and mitigate risks.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial entities and at least 3 years in leadership roles. Proven experience in recovery and normalization of portfolios, SME or corporate banking, credit risk, and financial restructuring.
