Process Engineer - Intermediate

Assess the feasibility of process improvement opportunities and prioritize them by evaluating maturity levels. Design and document new processes, mapping workflows and performing data analysis to specify process attributes. Identify inefficiencies and propose tech-enabled solutions using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean. Lead the implementation of proposed solutions and track the benefits realization of process improvement initiatives.

University degree in Industrial Engineering. 2+ years of process improvement experience in the services industry. Proficient in English (B2+) and hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology and statistical analysis.
