Ensure compliance with the regional strategy while managing the regional PAXA promotion and increasing sales through agent engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in commercial or leadership roles within the insurance sector. Proven experience in leading commercial teams and knowledge of insurance business, including Auto, Life, Damage, and Health.
