Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job alignment with managers, sourcing, screening, competency interviews, and offer closure. Perform active hunting on LinkedIn and other channels for market profiles. Maintain a talent bank and guide managers on candidate profiles, seniority levels, market compensation, and hiring timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, HR, or related fields. Solid experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment and hunting. Advanced or fluent English for conducting interviews. Knowledge of ATS tools and experience in employer branding or internship programs.
