Core Responsibilities

The Account Manager will manage clients within assigned Microsoft business units, overseeing account planning, P&L and margin management, sales, proposal development, team management, delivery supervision, and progress reporting. Key activities include managing client relationships, building a portfolio up to $10M, owning the opportunity cycle, and collaborating with delivery stakeholders to fulfill commitments.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 7-10 years of client engagement or business development experience, including P&L management responsibilities, with mandatory previous experience selling into Microsoft. A deep understanding of managed services, proposal development (proactive and reactive), and familiarity with common Microsoft technologies and processes are required.
