Elaborate, modify, and review plans in AutoCAD and develop proposals for space distribution, remodeling, and adaptation. Conduct physical and technical surveys of properties and prepare metric computations, reference budgets, reports, and technical proposals. Inspect works and verify quality, executed quantities, specifications, physical progress, costs, and schedules.
What We're Looking For
Civil Engineer degree. Candidates with or without professional experience will be considered. Advanced knowledge of construction, remodeling, adaptation, maintenance, and inspection of works. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer
Fixed-term employment contract for 6 months, renewable for an additional 6 months.
