What You'll Do
Review work plans and define productivity requirements to meet operational goals. Partner with Operations Leaders to balance workloads and ensure efficient shifts. Support health and safety programs to maintain a safe work environment. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives and ensure team members are properly trained.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience in managing and leading employees. Must be enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's degree or above.
