The Talent Partner will own the end-to-end recruitment process for business-facing roles, primarily focusing on Customer Success, Onboarding, and Go-To-Market functions across Latin America markets. This involves balancing high-volume hiring efficiency with strategic sourcing to secure candidates while acting as a trusted ambassador for the company.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, with proven success hiring across LATAM markets. Essential skills include proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems like Greenhouse, strong stakeholder management, and business-level English proficiency.
