Manage stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, pre-selection, interview coordination, and follow-up. Collaborate on research projects related to recruitment and IT. Prepare and standardize Business CVs for candidates suitable for partners or clients.

Student in the final cycles or recent graduate in HR, organizational psychology, or related fields. 6 months or more of previous experience in recruitment processes, preferably in IT. Advanced English (B2/C1) will be evaluated in the interview.
