Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes, products, and services by analyzing information and gathering requirements. Identify optimization opportunities and support project management to ensure value generation and operational efficiency. Document, design, and analyze IT processes, defining roles and operational controls.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in documentation, design, analysis, or improvement of IT processes. Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization, with desirable certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or Lean.
