Lead growth initiatives and optimize the digital funnel for strategic Digital Bets. Design and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, proposing data-driven improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and share insights.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, CRM, or Growth Marketing. Strong knowledge of digital funnels and growth metrics (CAC, conversion, retention). Experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, including segmentation and automation. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
