Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts focusing on technology and telecommunications. Act as legal consultancy for internal areas, participating in project validations and negotiations. Identify, assess, and propose mitigation of legal and contractual risks, ensuring agility in formalizations.

4 to 5 years of experience in law. Experience in drafting and reviewing complex contracts. Proficiency in technology and telecommunications contracts. Advanced English is mandatory for dealing with contracts in English and communicating with suppliers.

Hybrid work model, with 1 to 2 days a week in the office in Osasco.
