Lead the Technical Office and supervise the team. Manage budgets, costs, measurements, and work valuations. Control subcontracts, additional costs, and contractor valuations. Monitor the project schedule and physical and economic progress.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, licensed and enabled. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction. Experience leading Technical Offices in multifamily real estate projects. Strong knowledge in costs, budgets, valuations, subcontracts, and project planning.
