Sr. Implementation Specialist (Remote Elegible - Costa Rica)
SmartsheetCore Responsibilities
The Senior Implementation Specialist will lead 12-15 concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet across various industries, collaborating with stakeholders to drive timelines and manage scope. Responsibilities include designing, demonstrating, and building Smartsheet solutions tailored to customer needs while advising on best practices and identifying expansion opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and implementation of SaaS applications. Strong project management skills, proficiency in spreadsheet logic (Excel/Google Sheets/Smartsheet), and the ability to translate business requirements into SaaS solutions are essential.
