What You'll Do
Manage the business unit (Store or PAB), ensuring actions are directed towards leveraging commercial opportunities, customer service, and infrastructure. Drive team results and career development through training and capacity building. Supervise and attend to customers visiting the store, ensuring an excellent experience.
What We're Looking For
Certification CPA 10 – ANBIMA is valued (CPA20 or CEA preferred). Bachelor's degree required (postgraduate preferred). Experience in positions as a Relationship Manager for individuals or businesses. Experience in people management is essential.
