Negotiate credit recovery and assist agencies in managing overdue credit portfolios. Implement systemic credit recovery policies for more efficient service. Monitor delinquency cases and manage risks to minimize agency impact.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Desired experience in credit recovery. Knowledge of financial products and services, credit policy, and credit risk. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
