Map the SDLC Value Stream, defining, reviewing, and evolving processes and rituals for a continuous model with AI. Govern end-to-end delivery, reducing lead time, monitoring workflow health, and proactively eliminating bottlenecks. Orchestrate workflows between people and agents throughout the cycle, maintaining a continuous flow and handling exceptions.

Experience in Delivery Governance, Project Management, Agile and Continuous Flow, and Stakeholder Management. Strong leadership skills in Team Leadership, Change Management, and Risk and Dependency Management. Proficiency in AI Agent Orchestration and Systemic AI Fluency.
