The Head of Health and Benefits will lead the commercial strategy for B2B clients, focusing on new business generation and growth across SMB and Enterprise segments. They are responsible for managing the sales team, optimizing the sales process, and aligning efforts with marketing and customer success departments.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in sales or business development within the insurance market, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. A hands-on approach with experience in building pipelines and closing mid-market or enterprise deals, preferably in technology or SaaS, is required.
